About the role

We are looking for a high agency full-stack engineer to drive our product development in an iterative and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will bring evidence from our PheironGPS platform to thousands of drug discoverers around the world. Our partners include some of the world's most innovative biotech and pharmaceutical companies. You will collaborate closely with the research team that creates the evidence and work with them on continual improvement. You will be a key part of the effort to implement this evidence across the industry, increasing the likelihood that the medicines of the future reach patients in need.

In this role, you will:

• Own the development of internal and customer-facing web applications
• Talk to users to deeply understand their workflows and deliver meaningful solutions.
• Collaborate closely with our research team to support them in generating the latest evidence
• Continuously optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability

‍

Your background looks something like:

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience at tech and product-driven companies, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven experience building full-stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Tailwind) and Python.
• Strong track record in designing and implementing intuitive APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Comfortable with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure-as-code, and generative AI
• Bonus: prior experience or domain context in biology, medicine, or drug discovery
• Ability to move fast in the face of uncertainty and resilience to competing priorities or deadlines
